I changed the Primary email for the Forum to another email address, and found the process overall a little clunky. It worked but did not seem smooth.
- Add another email
- Confirm the new email
- Set new email as Primary
- Delete previous email
Why are you unable to enter a new email in the email space, and assign it immediately as the Primary email address?
After adding and confirming the alternate email, the screen refreshed and showed a ‘confirmation page’ which was severely lacking in site styling and branding assets. It needs some work
