Anyone do any at-home photo printing? I just got one of these and it does a surprisingly good job on most photos once you get the right color profile.

I have yet to find a single printer that covers all my printing needs. The ink needed for good photos is just too expensive for document printing.
I use an Epson PX730 (Artisan 730 in the US) for photo printing. With matching premium paper and ICM profiles, it beats most professional prints I’ve had done on A4 borderless.
For office printing, I have a Canon Maxify 5450. I optimised my decision there on speed, cost per page, and duplex functionality.
