Regarding the Navigator command line in the DAML docs webpage

Hello,
I noticed that the basic command daml navigator server is not introduced in the page that explains about it. Can be found here: Navigator — Daml SDK 2.8.5 documentation

I think that for new users it will be simple to start with this command, and in my opinion, it should be noted in the docs.

Thank you for the feedback!

The page does end with daml navigator --help, which should help people discover other commands such as daml navigator server.

I will raise internally, though, to see what we can do to address this.

Yes, of course, you can understand that if you go through the daml navigator --help, but I think that for a dedicated help page that discusses the navigator options, the first option should be a simple one that always works.
By the way, I would even consider changing that command to work by daml navigator without even using the server, the same as I can do with daml sandbox.
