How to override default participant_admin user name

When a node is initialized it comes with a default admin user called participant_admin Is there a way to configure what this user should be called?

or in the absence of that is there a way to bootstrap another admin user, where JWT validation is turned on from inception and the participant_admin user is unable to be registered in the IAM system serving it.
