DAML SDK 1.2.0 is now stable, you can install it with daml install 1.2.0.
You can read the high level announcement made earlier this week, or jump into the full release notes. This is a bit of a lighter release than as of recently and there are no breaking changes or actions to take on your part when upgrading.
