Hello everyone!
In the next couple of days we are about to lunch a limited demo of our DAML app to reach previously interested customers and recieve feedback. We have been using the free version of DAML Hub and have some questions about ledger inactivity as the docs say they are put to sleep after 24hs without transactions.
What kind of events are considered valid to avoid hibernation? We have tried with creating and archiving contracts but the it still goes to sleep mode after 24hs. Thanks.

Thanks for the heads up on this issue. We’ve looked into it and are working on a fix that we will release as soon as possible.
Do you mind letting us know when your demo starts so we can take other measures to help you out if the fix cannot be released in time?

Hello there Alex, we were actually targeting tomorrow as the date of release given that all functionalities of our app have been tested and our marketing campain has already started!
It’s really good to hear you guys are working on the issue.
We are planning on manually waking up the ledger every 24hs but as you know this is not optimal. It would be great to get an aproximate date of release if possible.
