With the release of version 0.11.0 of the Digital Asset Registry Utility, assets issued via Digital Assets Utility - including USDCx - now have pre-approvals enabled on DevNet.
Detailed guidance on conducting direct transfers is available in the Transfer Workflow section of the documentation. The template TransferPreapproval can be created by the receiver via a create command.
