Daml Finance minor issue - type synonym F is not always provided

This is just a minor aesthetic issue in Daml Finance. I’ve been using the provided type synonym for Factory templates - F. However, it is not always provided. For example, it’s not in the Daml.Finance.Account.Account or Daml.Finance.Settlement.Factory modules.
