Can we connect to the Canton network without using any CLI?

I was going through the Canton official documentation, and as per the tutorial, we can connect to Canton only using the CLI. Is there any other way (ex: Canton SDK) to connect to the Canton network?

I was looking for some documentation where I could get the list of exposed APIs for the Canton network.
